No. We actively recruit agents new to insurance, experienced independents, and captive agents looking for change. The right attitude and willingness to learn matter more than current experience.
Many of our agents came from captive or traditional independent settings. We'll discuss transition logistics and how your existing book of business works with CrestPoint.
Already-licensed agents are usually writing business within 1 to 2 weeks of their carrier appointments. If you're new to insurance, we'll guide you through pre-licensing, the state exam and certifications first; timing depends on your state. Either way, you'll be set up on the platform and paired with a trainer. The exact timeline depends on your licensing status.
You get a dedicated trainer, ongoing coaching, full access to our SaaS platform, compliance support and a community of producing agents to learn from.
We don't have hard minimums. We work with everyone from part-time agents who are ramping up to full-time producers.
