How it works

One licensed agent, from first quote to every renewal.

Here's what working with CrestPoint looks like, who we help most, and why using an agent doesn't cost you anything.

How it works

It takes about two minutes to get started.

You won't wait in a call-center queue or get passed between people. The agent you're matched with is the one who helps you from start to finish.

01

Tell us what you need

Tell us the coverage type, your ZIP code, and who needs to be covered. We don't ask health questions.

02

Meet your agent

You're matched with one licensed agent in your state. You'll see who it is before you send anything, or you can pick your own.

03

Compare, enroll, keep them

Your agent walks you through the options, gets you enrolled, and reviews your plan with you each year.

Who we work with most

Most of our clients buy their own coverage.

Most of them run their own business or work for themselves, so there's no HR department or benefits portal to call. That's why many keep the same agent for years.

You get one person who knows your household, checks your plan when your income or family changes, and handles renewal every fall.

Questions

Why use an agent at all?

You get the same plans at the same prices, plus someone on your side when something goes wrong.

Does it cost more to buy through an agent?

No. Premiums for Marketplace and Medicare plans are set by the insurance company and are the same whether you enroll on your own or through an agent. Agents are paid by the carrier, not by you.

Can you help me get a premium tax credit?

Yes. For Marketplace plans, your agent estimates the tax credit your household qualifies for and applies it when you enroll, so you see your real monthly cost before you choose.

Will I always talk to the same person?

Yes. You're matched with one licensed agent, and that agent handles your enrollment, questions during the year, and your renewal.

What if I already have an agent here?

Search their name on the Find an Agent page to get their direct phone number and booking link.

Do you work in my state?

Through our affiliated FMO, CrestPoint agents write coverage in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Each agent is licensed in the states listed on their profile, and we'll only match you with an agent licensed where you live.
